I feel like the arms from the guy on the left don't fit.

His left arm is really slim and his right arm rather muscular compared to the other one.

Otherwise it's really well done and the expressions are damn impressive! :)

One arm is relaxed and the other is tensioned, I was thinking in something like this:

It does suit the dialogue quite well, though I do think the cigarettes are a little small (I know rolled up ones are thinner ^^)

Either way, awesome job :) I do imagine very well how the RP can get going. Is it just idle random RP or do you guys have a campaign/story going on ?
